Myrtle Beach Music: Death of Paris
One of ListenUp's favorite "local" bands, electro-pop outfit Death of Paris, will return home this weekend for a pair of shows in Myrtle Beach to promote their self-titled debut album released Oct. 22.
The Columbia-based band, which consists of Myrtle BEach natives Jayna Doyle and Blake Arambula, will kick off the trip with a performance Friday at the Island Bar & Grill in Surfside with Pysch Ward beginning at 10 p.m. Saturday, the band will take a more toned down approach with an acoustic set at Fresh Brewed Coffeehouse in downtown Myrtle Beach beginning at 9 p.m.
They will also round out the weekend with a show at Charleston's Eye Level Art with Boby and Suzy and local favorites Octopus Jones.
In addition, visit the band's Bandcamp site to purchase the album or download a free sample track.
